What happens next
We reply within one business day, usually with a few questions. Once we understand the project, you get a written scope setting out exactly what is included, what it costs, and how long it will take. The price is fixed — if something new comes up during the build, we quote it separately rather than adding it quietly.
A note on budget
We are not the cheapest option available, and we do not try to be. Our work suits organisations whose website matters enough to be built properly and looked after afterwards. If that is not where you are right now, we will say so honestly rather than take on a project that will disappoint you.
