If your website has been hacked, is showing content you did not put there, is redirecting visitors elsewhere, or has been flagged by Google as unsafe, this needs handling quickly — every day it stays infected costs you visitors and search rankings.
What we do
- Take a full backup before touching anything, so nothing is lost
- Scan the file system and database to find every infected file, not just the obvious ones
- Remove the malicious code and repair damaged core, theme and plugin files
- Find and close the entry point — an outdated plugin, a weak password, an insecure host, or a compromised account
- Remove Google’s “this site may be harmful” warning by requesting a review once the site is clean
- Harden the site afterwards: updates, secure logins, file permissions, and monitoring
Why the last step matters
Most reinfections happen because the cleanup removed the malware but never found how it got in. We do not consider the job finished until the entry point is identified and closed.
If your site is infected right now, contact us on WhatsApp rather than email — we will look at it the same day where possible.
